**Role Overview:** Join a collaborative pharmacy team focused on advancing patient care through medication management, counseling, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. This full\-time role involves clinical and operational duties, including medication assessment, supervision of support staff, and promoting safe and effective drug therapy. * Assess, monitor, initiate, and modify medication use based on patient condition and age. * Ensure accurate medication preparation, dispensing, and resolve medication\-related issues. * Supervise technicians, interns, and volunteers, ensuring compliance with regulations. * Serve as a resource for drug information, staff training, and transitions of care. * Evaluate medication orders for appropriateness and document activities. * Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and safety in medication use. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy required. * Minimum of 2 years of experience; supervision experience not required. * Licensed in MO for Medication Therapy Services and registered pharmacist (RPh). * Preferred: Doctorate in Pharmacy with 2\-5 years of experience. **Skills:** Strong clinical judgment, leadership, commu...
