**Job Overview** **The Senior Accountant – Tax \& Assurance is responsible for providing accounting, tax compliance, tax planning, bookkeeping, payroll, financial reporting, accounting, attets and assurance services to a diverse client base. The ideal candidate will have public accounting experience, strong technical knowledge, excellent client service skills, and the ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines.** **This role provides the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership, develop client relationships, and contribute to the professional development of junior staff.** **Key Responsibilities** **Accounting \& Advisory Services** * Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. * Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts. * Perform bank and account reconciliations. * Analyze financial information and identify trends, risks, and opportunities. * Prepare management reports and communicate financial results to clients and firm leadership. * Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial decision\-making. * Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Princi...
