**Financial / M\&A Analyst** **Position Overview** The Financial / M\&A Analyst will play a key role in supporting Bravere's financial performance and growth across the dental industry. This is a hybrid role that will focus on financial analysis, forecasting, reporting, and practice\-level performance, and M\&A activities The Analyst will work closely with their direct supervisor to analyze the financial performance of existing dental practices and evaluate potential acquisition opportunities. The role provides exposure to both the financial operations of the business and the M\&A lifecycle, from initial analysis and underwriting through acquisition and post\-close performance. The Analyst will be expected to approach their work with strong financial discipline while understanding the broader purpose behind the numbers: building sustainable dental practices, supporting our provider partners and their teams, and strengthening access to high\-quality dental care in the communities we serve.
