Position Status: Full time Shift: Variable Less than 12 hour shift (United States of America) Hours per week: 40 Job Information Exemption Status: Non\-Exempt A Brief Overview The Clinical Pharmacist at SVH provides comprehensive pharmaceutical care to patients birth to death by optimizing medication therapy, providing disease state prevention and management and promoting health and wellness. This mission is accomplished by upholding the American College of Clinical Pharmacist philosophy of pharmaceutical care; blending a caring orientation with specialized therapeutic knowledge, experience and judgment for the purpose of ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The Clinical Pharmacist also contributes to the generation of new knowledge that advances health and quality of life. This is a fully remote position. Education Qualifications * Bachelor's Degree Of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited school of pharmacy Required or * Doctorate PharmD from an accredited school of pharmacy Required Experience Qualifications * Successful completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 plus one year of work in healthcare system or relevant clinical experience.
