**Volunteer Center Manager** This position will establish a welcoming environment to all our community volunteers and visitors to the Volunteer Center. Support our organization’s mission, vision, and core values in order to assist our neighbors in need. **Primary Responsibilities Include:** · Support and partner with the volunteer coordinator · Supervise staff and maintain all records that pertain to the manager’s role\- Payroll, hiring/ training and customer service standards · Maintain a safe and clean working environment · Maintain compliance with all safety standards\- AIB, fire, OSHA and equipment standards · Maintain inventory controls within standards · Provide courteous, helpful and timely assistance to internal and external customers · Forecast product production · Work in a warehouse environment on a daily basis **Requirements:** · High School Diploma or equivalent required · Management and Customer service background; warehouse experience preferred · Computer Skills and Data entry experience, Proficient use of Outlook Applications · Strong teamwork with outstanding work ethic · Ability to work well with people from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds · Excellent communicat...
