Full time, in office in Allen, TX $120,000 to $150,000 base salary, plus eligibility for a monthly performance based bonus tied to portfolio growth. Current tiers are: 30% portfolio growth → 20% bonus; 40% growth → 35% bonus; 50% growth → 50% bonus. 184 hours of PTO, equivalent to 23 eight hour days, provided upon starting full time employment and available for use after successfully completing the two month probationary period. Classic Country Land does not currently offer employer sponsored health insurance. The Role Own paid customer acquisition for Classic Country Land. You will lead our Google and Meta advertising, manage a large monthly ad budget within approved spending limits, and turn consumer interest into qualified leads and closed sales. You will set the strategy and carry it out, with direct access to company leadership and meaningful ownership of the marketing function. We are looking for an experienced B2C marketer who combines disciplined testing, reliable tracking and practical AI building skills.
