**Job Summary** The Project Manager performs planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of large, complex repair and maintenance (R\&M) and aftermarket projects supporting Weatherford's offshore assets. This role serves as a key liaison across Operations, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and Customer stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. The position oversees the execution of offshore asset refurbishment and maintenance programs, customer\-owned asset repairs, prototype builds, new asset projects, major root cause corrective actions, and other strategic initiatives requiring significant cross\-functional coordination.
