This is a Direct Hire Solicitation Learn more about this agency **This job is open to** ----------------------- ### **The public** U.S. Citizens, Nationals or those who owe allegiance to the U.S. **Duties** ---------- * Serve as administrative assistant for a multitude of diverse administrative matters for the Chief of the Medical Staff, Chief Nurse Executive and the Hospital Administrator. * End\-to\-end administration of workspace coordination, to include reserving physical meeting locations, configuring video teleconferencing (VTC) assets, and compiling necessary background briefings, agendas, and deadlines. * Perform managerial and front office administrative support at the Medical Group. * Prepare, coordinate, and finalize contracts for physician, nurse, and other medical providers special pay, bonuses, and related items bi\-annually or as required. * Assist with the Self\- Inspection program for clinical services for the senior leaders by ensuring timely and accurate preparation, maintenance, and filing of required documents IAW official guidance and instructions. ...
