We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in\-home care services to patients in Utah in the Park City/Kamas area 12 hours of daily nursing needed! Key Responsibilities: * Conduct thorough physical assessments during each visit. * Assist patients with breathing exercises and techniques. * Provide patient education and support to promote optimal health outcomes. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination. * Document patient progress and update care plans as needed. Qualifications \& Requirements: * Active RN license. * Experience in home health or community\-based nursing preferred but not required. * Compassion and treatment of the whole person, not just a 'job'.
