**Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC) – Home Infusion Pharmacy** Vital Care of South Miami South Miami, FL \| In\-Person Pay: $60–$70 per hour **About the Position** Vital Care of South Miami is seeking a motivated and dependable Pharmacist\-in\-Charge (PIC) to oversee pharmacy operations at our home infusion pharmacy. This is an excellent opportunity for a pharmacist who wants to take an active leadership role in a growing infusion pharmacy. The PIC will oversee daily pharmacy operations, ensure regulatory compliance, supervise pharmacy staff, and work closely with nurses, providers, patients, and our intake team to coordinate safe and timely infusion therapy. **Key Responsibilities** Serve as the designated Pharmacist\-in\-Charge and maintain compliance with Florida Board of Pharmacy requirements and all applicable state and federal regulations Oversee day\-to\-day pharmacy operations and workflow Review and verify infusion and specialty medication orders for accuracy, appropriateness, dosing, interactions, and patient safety Oversee sterile compounding operations and ensure compliance with applicable USP \ standards Maintain appropriate pharmacy policies, procedures, documentation, qua...
