**Summary** We're seeking a Construction Manager to lead projects from award through closeout. You'll own safety, schedule, quality, managing field crews and vendors. **Duties and Responsibilities** **Planning \& Preconstruction** * Review contract documents, drawings, specs, and scope to define project requirements * Develop project execution plans, schedules, and resource\-loaded work plans * Procure equipment, materials, and long\-lead items * Coordinate material deliveries, expediting, and vendor communications **Cost \& Contract Management** * Track change orders, T\&M, and extra work * Ensure compliance with contract terms, notices, and documentation requirements **Schedule \& Field Operations** * Lead daily field operations, coordinating trades (electrical, civil, structural steel, mechanical, coatings) * Resolve field conflicts, Report any RFIs, and design/constructability issues to the Electrical Manager * Monitor productivity and earned value **Safety \& Quality** * Enforce company and client safety programs; lead by example on site * Ensure JHAs, permits, LOTO, and site\-specific safety requirements are in place * Investigate incidents and drive corrective actions * Impl...
