**Position Summary** The Financial Analyst will interface between sales, operations, program teams. Will also have key responsibilities in the accounting monthly close cycle and the monthly forecast updates. **Main Duties and Responsibilities** * Manage, track, and report on performance to department budgets * Support internal and external audits as required * Create and share analysis with team to help team improve performance to targets * Create Journal Entries as needed to complete monthly accounting close * Maintain Fixed Assets ledger * General month\-end accounting close assignments * Detailed tracking of costs for multiple projects, business units, departments etc. * Financial Planning \& Analysis responsibilities i.e. budgeting, forecasting, long\-term planning, performance metric reporting and process improvement **Skills, Qualifications, and Competencies** * Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (preferred), Business or related field, (MBA preferred) * High Proficiency in Excel required.
