**Eden Autism Services** is currently seeking an **Accounting Manager.** This position ensures timely, accurate financial operations, with primary responsibility for revenue recognition, budgeting, financial reporting, audit preparation, and compliance with New Jersey Department of Education (DOE) and other regulatory requirements. The role supervises Accounts Receivable staff, and partners with operational leaders to interpret financial results, supports cash management and cost controls. **MUST HAVES** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field. **Experience:** * Five (5\) years of accounting or finance experience, preferably in a nonprofit organization or New Jersey private school. * Two (2\) years of supervisory experience. *Note – an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.* **Specialized Skills and Knowledge** * Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, revenue recognition, account reconciliations, and audit\-readiness requirements. * Strong organization, time management, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills, with the ability to work independently a...
