**About this Job** ------------------ 37/50454561/ProgSpec3/10\.4\.26 Section 37 \- Compliance DOTD Program Specialist 3 DBE/SBE **About this Position:** The main purpose of this position is to administer and implement the Declaration of Eligibility (DOE) Procedure by receiving and preparing for processing the Interstate Certifications, Intent to Decertify and De\-certifications aspects of the DOTD’s federally mandated Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) program. The incumbent must maintain current knowledge of the federal and state laws, regulations, guidelines and rulings governing Federal Regulation 49CFR26 of this program.
