**Position Summary:** Plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver specialty water and mechanical construction projects, including work at data centers, water treatment plants, wastewater treatment facilities, pumping stations, reclaimed water systems, industrial water treatment facilities, and hydronic systems. Ensure project goals are achieved safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams. Manage budgeting, scheduling, contracts, buyout, documentation, meetings, billings, change conditions, labor productivity, cost control, and project closeout. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Manage and supervise day\-to\-day operations of project staff and field teams on assigned projects, accounts, and service work. * Manage assigned specialty water, wastewater, treatment plant, and hydronic system projects from preconstruction through closeout. * Review and thoroughly understand project scope, contract requirements, deliverables, and timelines. * Ensure customer contract agreements are secured, reviewed, processed, and executed. * Participate in Sales...
