You will be at the forefront of helping businesses transform their cloud, data, AI, cybersecurity, and analytics to ensure they are future\-ready. As a **Services Operations Specialist W2** with Insight, you will enter orders in a timely manner for the shipping, retrieval, and exchange of technology devices for specific accounts, while adhering to the clients Service Level Agreements (SLA). We will count on you to investigate and resolve receiving discrepancies, proactively managing receipt dates, working with distribution employees to resolve issues regarding lost and damaged products.
