The Digital Advertising Manager will lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Moonshot's U.S. Online Violence Prevention portfolio. This role combines hands\-on digital advertising expertise with strategic campaign oversight, budget management, creative innovation, and technical leadership. Unlike traditional commercial advertising, our campaigns seek to influence awareness, attitudes, and behaviors, including encouraging help\-seeking and building resilience to harmful narratives. The successful candidate must understand how to adapt digital marketing strategies, audience engagement approaches, and performance measurement to these objectives, rather than relying solely on traditional conversion metrics. A key priority is advancing Moonshot's digital campaigning capabilities to incorporate more engaging and innovative approaches, including video, visual storytelling, creator and influencer partnerships, emerging technologies, and other creative formats.
