The position will oversee activities and supervise professional staff responsible for facilitating the procurement process to hire engineers, architects, and contractors for approximately 20 City departments to execute the City's five\-year $12\.5B Capital Improvement Program and $500M GO Bond Program. Procurements are completed utilizing Requests for Qualifications for Professional Services, 1 and 2\-Step Job Order Contract, Construction Manager at Risk Services, and Design\-Bid\-Build Invitations for Bidders. This position will review client department procurement plans and meet monthly with department divisions to keep procurements on track.
