Working Project Manager – Residential Remodeling **Northwest Home Pros \| Edmonds, WA** **Pay: $45–$55 per hour, based on experience and qualifications** Northwest Home Pros is looking for an experienced, **hands\-on Working Project Manager** to oversee 2–3 residential remodeling projects at a time. We're looking for someone who knows construction inside and out, can lead a crew, and isn't afraid to pick up their tools and get the job done. **Responsibilities:** * Manage daily jobsite operations and schedules. * Perform hands\-on carpentry and remodeling work. * Coordinate employees and subcontractors. * Order materials and coordinate deliveries. * Maintain quality control, jobsite safety, and cleanliness. * Communicate with homeowners and company ownership. * Track job progress, labor, and daily reports. * Keep projects on schedule and running smoothly. **Qualifications:** * Strong residential remodeling and carpentry experience. * Proven ability to manage multiple projects. * Excellent organization and communication skills. * Ability to read plans and solve problems independently. * Dependable, motivated, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
