Serving as a first point of contact for transportation\-related needs. This role coordinates inbound and outbound shipments, supports carrier performance and compliance, resolves service issues, manages freight claims, carrier invoice payment exceptions, and identifies opportunities to improve quality, service, and costs. The analyst partners across the organization to deliver reliable transportation solutions and uses data to support fact\-based decisions and continuous improvement.
