**About the Role** A growing residential property management company serving the Denver metropolitan area. We manage apartments and rental homes and provide leasing, resident service, maintenance coordination and day\-to\-day property operations. We are looking for an energetic, personable and highly dependable bilingual English/Spanish local team member to handle apartment showings, meet with residents, support move\-ins and renewals, and help make sure our properties are presented professionally. You will work closely with our remote Property Manager, who will manage calls, text messages, email, leasing administration and the overall workflow. You will be the company's trusted person in the field \- meeting prospects and residents, providing accurate updates, and helping turn leasing opportunities into signed leases. This is not a desk\-only leasing role.
