Overview: As a Senior Premium Audit Associate, you will serve as a key member of the Customer Interaction Team, providing specialized support to policyholders, agents, and business partners through calls, chats, and email. This role combines premium audit expertise with customer service excellence while supporting team development through training, quality reviews, coaching, and escalation management. **This role will require a hybrid work schedule in any of our US AmTrust Offices.** *The expected pay range for this role is $22\.00 \- 27\.00 an hour.* *Please note that the salary information shown above is a general guideline only.
