#### **JOB SUMMARY** The Blending Manager will oversee all aspects of manufacturing, ensuring that blending, formulation, and bulk finished goods packaging operations meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is responsible for maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, developing and mentoring team members, and serving as a key communication link between the blending floor, management team, and C\-Suite executives. #### **JOB DUTIES** 1\. Oversee daily production activities to ensure timely and efficient manufacturing of liquid supplements. 2\. Monitor equipment, materials, and labor to meet production schedules and quality standards. 3\. Coordinate with R\&D and procurement for ingredient sourcing, formulation changes, and scaling up production. 4\. Maintain and improve SOPs for blending, filling, and packaging operations. 5\. Inspecting products for damage before shipment and reporting any discrepancies. 6\. Maintain accurate inventory records using ERP or inventory management software. 7\.
