Rudi is building the AI knowledge and decision layer for the skilled trades.Today, diagnosing a technical fault often depends on who happens to be on site. Experienced Meisters rely on years of tacit knowledge, technical documentation and intuition. Less experienced technicians frequently need additional visits or senior support.Rudi makes that expertise available to every technician and across trades. Our AI assistant guides technicians through diagnosis and repair, combines manufacturer knowledge with real service experience, and learns from the outcome of every job.Our ambition is to make every technician perform closer to the best Meister in the organisation — and ultimately build the intelligence layer for technical field services across the skilled trades.Rudi is being built with Founders Factory and a large European residential and field service organisation.
