Overview: The Senior Director of Meat \& Seafood Merchandising leads the strategy and execution for one of Sprouts’ most important fresh destination businesses. This leader is accountable for building a meat and seafood experience that reflects Sprouts’ brand promise: fresh, differentiated, quality\-driven, and customer\-led. The role owns category strategy, financial performance, assortment architecture, pricing and promotion strategy, supplier partnerships, innovation, and store execution readiness. This leader must be able to connect the big picture to the details—turning customer insights, commodity trends, vendor opportunities, and store feedback into clear plans that drive sales, margin, freshness, availability, shrink improvement, and stronger item productivity.
