Job Overview: Ebenezer is looking for a **Resident Transport Specialist** to join our senior living team with the Ebenezer Coporate Office in Edina, MN! The Resident Transport Specialist is responsible for developing and delivering a consistent, safety\-focused training program for community drivers who operate community bus/vans within Ebenezer settings. This role ensures that all drivers are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and professionalism required to transport residents and volunteers reliably and compassionately. The Resident Transport Specialist will ensure best practices and trains community drivers to help maintain a high\-quality transportation experience. This transport specialist schedule includes;* On Call/Casual * Day shift * To maintain Casual status, employees must be willing to be available to work a minimum of three (3\) shifts per month (two shifts must be weekend shifts) and one (1\) Holiday shift per year.
