V1 Restaurant Group, a Firehouse Subs franchise group operating five restaurants, is seeking an experienced District Manager / Area Manager to lead our General Managers and strengthen performance across the group. You will work directly with ownership and spend substantial time in our restaurants, coaching leaders, improving execution and building teams that deliver consistently. Our five restaurants are located in Beaverton, Tigard, Tualatin, Keizer, and McMinnville. This is a field\-based role requiring regular travel among all five locations. You will have direct access to ownership and meaningful responsibility for people, guest experience and financial performance. Success means capable GMs, well\-staffed restaurants, consistent standards and fewer day\-to\-day issues requiring owner intervention.
