Eaton’s Power Distribution Controls \& Assemblies business (PDCA) is currently seeking a Business Operations Manager for their Low Voltage Assemblies (LVA) business. This role will be based in Arden, NC. **Position Overview:** ---------------------- The Business Operations Manager owns the operating mechanisms that connect LVA product line strategy with multi\-site manufacturing execution. Reporting to the PDCA Operations Director, this leader simplifies business processes, establishes a common business rhythm, clarifies decision rights, and ensures that plants and functions execute the highest\-value priorities with speed and accountability. The role combines business operating system leadership with manufacturing strategy deployment. It works across Product Line, Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and plant leadership to remove systemic barriers, standardize critical workflows, strengthen ETO, Large Project, and Programmatic execution, and enable profitable growth.
