Austin, Texas**Job Description** ------------------- **Position Summary** The Attorney Recruiting Coordinator will be based in Austin or Houston and support attorney recruiting, onboarding, integration, and retention initiatives across the Firm. Working closely with the Sr. Director of Attorney Recruiting, Sr. Attorney Recruiting Manager\-Texas, office leadership, and hiring committees, this role coordinates recruiting activities, enhances the candidate and attorney experience, and helps execute strategic talent initiatives that support the continued growth and diversification of the firm's platform. **Key Responsibilities** **Attorney Recruiting \& Candidate Experience** * Help coordinate all aspects of attorney recruiting efforts across offices, including law clerk, judicial clerk, undergraduate, and lateral attorney candidates. * Help manage candidate communications and serve as a point of contact throughout the recruiting process. Schedule and coordinate screening interviews, callback interviews, candidate meetings, and office visits.
