**Job Title**: Senior Project Manager, Hemophilia Marketing US, Rare Blood Disorders * Location: Cambridge, MA **About the Job** The Senior Product Manager, Patient Marketing \- Hemophilia Portfolio will be responsible for the tactical execution of patient and nurse\-targeted marketing initiatives across Sanofi's US Hemophilia portfolio (Altuviiio, Eloctate, Alprolix, and Qfitlia). This role focuses on developing and managing key personal and non\-personal branded and unbranded tactics to drive patient engagement, treatment adoption, and adherence. Reporting to the Head, Patient Marketing \- Hemophilia, this position will lead the execution of patient marketing strategies, content development, and cross\-functional collaboration to support the success of the Hemophilia portfolio.
