Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Regional Program Manager Lead. This is a remote work opportunity that can be based from a home office and/or from an approved Eaton Mobility facility within the United States. Preference will be given to candidates residing within the Michigan/Indiana regional areas. The expected annual salary range for this role is $130000 \- $190000 a year. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. The Regional Program Manager Lead is responsible for supervising and enabling a team of program managers in the successful delivery of complex, global New Product Introduction (NPI), Standard Transition Process (STP), and Value Analysis/Value Engineering (VA/VE) initiatives. This role will ensure consistent execution of enterprise program management methodologies (e.g., ProLaunch / ProPM) across programs by coaching, guiding, and monitoring program managers, driving governance, accountability, and performance discipline.
