The Operations Manager is the general manager of the branch and is accountable for the branch's financial performance, operational execution, customer satisfaction, employee development, safety performance, and long\-term growth. This position operates the facility as a business unit, balancing revenue generation, profitability, operational efficiency, leadership development, and customer relationships.
