Reports to: On\-Site Property Manager ***Position Overview:*** As the first point of contact, the Park Host demonstrates skill in customer service, resident relations, property operations, and lease administration. The degree of responsibility and the number of duties will depend upon the property and the Property Manager to which the employee is assigned. Under general supervision, assists in administrative activities of on\-site management. Assists in effectively implementing procedures, cost controls and policies and keeps exemplary tenant and client/owner relations. *Key Interfaces: Mobile Home/RV Residents, Guests, and Vendors* Critical features of this job are described under the headings below.
