Responsibilities/Job Description: Manages all pharmacy and medication use functions. Supervises daily operations of the inpatient pharmacy department including, but not limited to, decentralized pharmacy services, human resource management (hiring, training, coaching/supervising, performance management, scheduling, etc.), application of technology, resource utilization, customer service, and patient medication safety. **Responsibilities** * Oversee pharmacy patient care services on the West Bank – 8MS, 10ICU, TCU, ARU, 5ORTHO, 5MS and 6MS * Specific Areas of Focus + General Medicine/Surgery - Orthopedics - Spinal Surgery - Adult Diabetes - Acute Rehab and TCU - Adult Critical Care * Management of pharmacy services * Continuously improves work processes to serve customers and meet business goals.
