**Regional Sales Manager** **Department:** Sales\- Managed Service Division Position Summary The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic customer relationships, and expanding market share within an assigned geographic territory. This role leads business development efforts for security surveillance solutions, including mobile surveillance systems, remote video monitoring, CCTV, access control, and integrated security technologies. This position owns the commercial performance of the region, including revenue, gross margin, operating expenses, and P\&L performance.The Regional Sales Manager serves as a trusted advisor to customers across construction and critical infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales professional with experience selling technology, security, surveillance, or SaaS solutions in a consultative sales environment.
