**JOB SUMMARY** We are seeking a highly motivated and detail\-oriented Senior Accountant to join our finance team. This role will be responsible for overseeing accounting processes, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting various financial activities. **KEY RESPONSIBILITES** * Prepare and review financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP. * Perform month\-end and year\-end close processes, reconciliations, and journal entries. * Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision\-making processes. * Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance. * Assist in the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures, identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and implement best practices for greater efficiency and accuracy * Coordinate with auditors, ensuring all documentation and financial statements are accurate and audit ready. * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams on various finance\-related projects. **QUALIFICATIONS** **Required** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
