**Join a Growing Industry Leader** Bane Machinery, Inc. is a growing equipment and machinery company with four locations across Texas. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a **proactive, results\-oriented professional with broad experience in Human Resources, Credit \& Collections, Accounts Receivable, and Accounting** to lead our Human Resources and Accounts Receivable functions. This newly created position will report directly to the **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)** and will oversee the HR function across four locations while managing an Accounts Receivable team member. For the right candidate with broad accounting, financial and business experience, **there is an opportunity to be considered for the CFO position within one to two years** as the company continues to grow. The ideal candidate is a hands\-on leader who takes ownership, works independently, and is comfortable balancing employee needs with the financial interests of the company.
