**Overview:** ============= Works with the commercial banking \& equipment finance marketing automation team as well as designers, developers, and project managers to coordinate, build, set\-up and send emails and digital communications through our marketing automation software. **Primary Responsibilities:** ----------------------------- * Maintain the currency and accuracy of the email schedule, ensuring emails are on target to be sent on time. * Manage email campaigns throughout the project process, ensuring projects run smoothly and all approvals are obtained. * Build, test, proof, set\-up and send emails. * Assist with email marketing program development and execution, including segmentation, testing, and deployment. * Manage the coordination of email reporting. * Assist in researching and implementing latest best practices and industry standards across marketing automation platform. * Implement A/B and multivariate testing on emails and content to maximize performance and engagement. * Understand and adhere to the Company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies, and controls in accordance with the Company’s Risk Appetite.
