Overview: The Procurement \& Logistics Specialist is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, inventory coordination, and transportation of materials and equipment to support IPS operations. This role ensures timely, cost\-effective procurement and delivery of goods while maintaining strong supplier relationships, optimizing inventory levels, and supporting operational efficiency. Responsibilities: * Procure materials, equipment, and services to support operational needs while ensuring cost, quality, and delivery objectives are met. * Obtain supplier quotes, maintain vendor relationships, and assist with pricing negotiations and vendor performance reviews. * Create and maintain purchase orders, resolve purchasing discrepancies, and accurate procurement records. * Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, track deliveries, and work with carriers and logistics providers to ensure timely transportation of goods. * Monitor inventory levels, support inventory accuracy, and assist with cycle counts and replenishment activities. * Collaborate with operations, warehouse, and service teams to ensure materials are available to meet customer and project requirements. * Maintain data and reporti...
