The Director of Digital Well\-Being will lead Be Loud's work helping young people and the adults around them build a healthier relationship with technology. Building on our work with Harvard's Center for Digital Thriving, the Pass the Mic fellowship, and local school and community partners, this person will take a promising pilot and make it a lasting part of what Be Loud does. You'll spend some days in a classroom running a workshop and others pitching a nonprofit organization on a partnership. We want someone who likes both kinds of work and has ideas of their own about where this should go. This is a full\-time position with an annual salary starting at $68,000\.
