**Description** Staff Accountant IPSe Finance Role Mission: The Staff Accountant supports the monthly close by preparing accurate and well\-documented transactional and recurring journal entries across multiple entities. This position retrieves source reports, applies established account and dimension crosswalks, prepares Sage imports, reconciles entries to supporting documentation, investigates routine discrepancies, and completes corrections based on review feedback. The Staff Accountant reports to the Assistant Director of Accounting. Location: This is a full\-time remote position with preference given to candidates who live in Florida, Ohio or Texas, or who are willing to relocate. Travel Expectations: Up to 20% of the time during the busiest parts of the year What You’ll Do – Accountabilities In this role you will manage or assist with: * General Ledger: * Prepare biweekly and monthly cash disbursement and cash receipt entries for IDEA Florida, IDEA Louisiana, and IPS Enterprises using verified supporting documentation. * Apply established account and dimension crosswalks and prepare balanced Sage Intacct journal\-entry imports. * Prepare monthly reclassification entries based...
