**What to Expect** The Lead Inventory Control Specialist serves as the site subject matter expert for inventory management, inventory accuracy, and critical spare parts reliability. This role leads daily storeroom operations, provides guidance to inventory personnel, and partners with Maintenance, Engineering, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure material availability while driving continuous improvement across inventory processes. **What You'll Do*** Lead daily inventory control and storeroom operations supporting Plant Operations Facilities * Drive inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, reconciliation activities, and corrective actions * Manage critical spare parts and consumable inventories to support equipment reliability and uptime * Support, train, and mentor Inventory Control Specialists and other inventory personnel on processes and systems * Coordinate material planning, kitting, and staging for maintenance activities, shutdowns, and capital projects * Partner with Procurement, Receiving, and suppliers to maintain optimal inventory levels and prevent stockouts * Analyze inventory performance, identify process improvements, and lead resolution of inventory ...
