**About the Job:** The Market Coach is the business and people leader for the Houston market, accountable for the performance, culture, and long\-term health of 20\-30 restaurants representing 900\+ team members and more than $54M in annual sales. Leading through Area Coaches, Sr. Area Coaches, and restaurant leaders, the Market Coach builds leadership capability, delivers sustainable sales and profit growth, protects the Taco Bell experience, and translates enterprise strategy into execution across the market. Reporting to the Regional Director of Company Operations, you'll lead one of Taco Bell's most important markets with end\-to\-end accountability for people, customer, operational, and financial performance.
