The Senior Commercial Print Sales Executive is a senior individual contributor role responsible for developing new business, managing and growing client relationships, and driving revenue across Fort Orange Press’s full range of print and mail services. This role requires deep knowledge of print production and mailing workflows, consultative selling skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with marketing, estimating, and production teams. Unlimited earning potential via commission; potential to grow into team leadership and mentoring. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree preferred. * Certified Sales Professional (CSP) is a plus. * Minimum 3\+ years of successful commercial print or direct mail sales experience; proven sales and marketing success. * Knowledge of offset and digital printing, wide\-format, mailing services, postal logistics, fulfillment, production workflows, and the value of variable data printing/mailing. * Consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills. * Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to manage multiple projects, meet revenue targets, and work independently and within a team. * Experienc...
