The Mental Health Association of Frederick County (MHA) is seeking an experienced financial leader to serve as our **Chief Financial Officer**. This executive position offers an opportunity to contribute to the financial strength and long\-term sustainability of a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the emotional wellness of individuals and families in our community. As a member of MHA's Senior Leadership Team, the CFO serves as a strategic financial advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors and helps guide organizational decision\-making. The CFO is responsible for financial strategy, performance, and accountability, combining executive leadership with direct involvement in financial planning, analysis, and management.
