SUMMARY: Directs and coordinates the activities of employees engaged in the repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, equipment, and in the maintenance of buildings, grounds, and utility systems of a manufacturing plant by performing duties personally or through subordinate supervisors. The job duties cannot physically be performed remotely and are required to be performed onsite. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following, but other duties may be assigned as the company's needs dictate. * Coordinates with all Sunrider affiliates to assist in building/home/plant standards: China, Taiwan, Singapore, and Malaysia. * Develops maintenance policy and procedures that ensure the optimal functioning of buildings, grounds, and associated equipment. * Ensure that all building components, such as fire sprinklers, pumps, racks are in compliance and have all the required up to date permits. * Manages all building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, safety, and waste management. * Directs maintenance activities on utility systems to provide continuous supply of heat, steam, electric power, gas, compressed air and air ventilation required f...
