**Location:** Hatfield, Pennsylvania **Position Type:** Full\-Time, On\-Site **Company:** TIGON Golf Carts Position Summary TIGON Golf Carts is seeking a Pennsylvania\-licensed Professional Engineer (PE) to manage the engineering, land development, zoning, permitting, and municipal approval process for new and existing company properties. This is a hands\-on position for someone who can take a project from the initial property evaluation and first conversation with a municipality through preparation of engineered plans, zoning and land\-development submissions, meetings with township officials, revisions, and final approvals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, land development, zoning, site planning, and municipal approvals. This person must be capable of preparing professional, to\-scale engineering drawings and signing and sealing plans within their licensed area of practice. TIGON is continuing to acquire, develop, and improve properties throughout the United States.
