**Description:** **INTRODUCTION:** This position reports to the Inside Sales \& Customer Service Manager. It is solely accountable for the fulfillment of all assigned duties and has authority delegated commensurate with assigned responsibilities. CUSTOMER SERVICE \& DATA ENTRY SPECIALIST – This role is charged to create and maintain positive customer relations, process daily sales orders and work directly with customers to meet their needs. This position is required to follow JOST’s defined processes for order priority. It is required to perform daily and timely communications to JOST’s inside \& outside sales departments as needed. **AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY: Include, but are not limited to:** a) Customer service focused to include phone calls, emails and related from initial contact for order and/or order inquiry to customer’s receipt of product. b) Accurate order entry into the ERP system using established processes verifying part information is accurate, order agrees with pricing schedules and/or quotes for all domestic and international sales to customers and as required for accurate and appropriate shipping lead time, dates for production planning and manufacturing purposes. c...
