**Job Summary** Topo Designs is looking for a Social \& Community Manager to run our social channels and help us build the Topo online community. You'll own the strategy, the calendar, the community and our network of influencers, ambassadors and affiliates. You’ll partner with the VP of Growth on the social strategy and calendar, then brief the people who make it: our in\-house UGC Content Creator, our creative team and outside creators. You'll measure what works, cut what doesn't, and grow a community of people who are passionate about the outdoors and Topo. **Experience \& Education Requirements** * 4\-6 years in social media marketing, community management or influencer marketing, ideally at a DTC or outdoor/lifestyle brand * Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred * Proven record of growing organic reach, engagement and community on Instagram, Youtube and Tiko * Hands\-on experience running influencer, ambassador or affiliate programs, from micro\-creators to larger partners * Experience with scheduling and listening tools (Later, Sprout Social, Hootsuite or similar) and Meta Business Suite / TikTok for Business * Comfortable with Figma or Adobe for light design (stories,...
