We build tools that guide people in identifying social needs, determining eligibility, completing applications, and following through — so no one is handed a phone number or website address and left to navigate the system alone. **ABOUT THE ROLE** Account Managers are the single point of contact — and the single source of truth — for ITO Health's customers: Medicaid health plans, FQHCs, CBOs, and employer partners. You'll own the business relationship and the service behind it — from the final stage of the sales process through onboarding, delivery, renewal, and expansion. No hand\-offs, no seams. **WHAT YOU'LL DO** * Serve as the single point of contact for your accounts, business and operational, pre\-close through renewal. * Quarterback onboarding with Product and Technology against a shared timeline and go\-live date. * Coordinate the Health Navigators and Benefit Advocates on your accounts: training, caseloads, and quality. * Own account health — satisfaction, adoption, service, and member outcomes — and act on risk early. * Lead Quarterly Business Reviews, presentin...
